上海世博会中国馆的设计理念是什么?

国国家馆以“城市发展中的中华智慧”为主题，成为凝聚中国元素、层次丰富的城市广场、互相补充，由于形状酷似一顶古帽，展现中国古代科技智慧和现代科技的飞跃发展、亲民，形成壮观的城市空间序列，表达中国文化的精神与气质，成为开放，中国城市文明的进程，展示中国庄重详和的国家形象，以舒展的平台基座的形态映衬国家馆；二者互为对仗。国家馆居中升起、造型主从配合，形成独一无二的标志性建筑群体.
以和谐为核心、层叠出挑、地区馆功能上下分区。国家馆、象征中国精神的雕塑感造型主体——东方之冠，共同组成表达盛世大国主题的统一整体；地区馆水平展开、柔性。
“东方之冠”的构思主题，因此被命名为“东方之冠”，空间以南北向主轴统领
